Location was good, E 27th and 5th Ave, away from the madness of Times Square. This is an older hotel, with the charm of a bygone era. The room was small but comfortable. Maid service was provided each day, which is getting to be the exception since Covid. The "grab and go" breakfast was actually quite good, though limited in selections. The staff was very cordial and accommodating.

Great location and beautiful art deco property. Beds were really comfortable and we had a welcome pack of snacks and a branded gift bag- we had slippers and a robe in the room (I would suggest that it would be great to have 2 robes in the room available for couples staying but that is a really minor detail). Grab and go breakfast was great and tasty (it was on the small side but the menu and quality of food was great and we could always buy extra items if still hungry). Staff were really friendly and accommodating. There were some nice guest events (we had to opportunity to have a free wine tasting). Well located for visiting all major attractions. Nice hotel bar as well.

It was a very good location. It had good amenities and was super clean! The grab and go breakfast was perfect for a city break. The staff were so helpful!

The location of the hotel was excellent as were the front desk staff. The rooms were average in size, clean, the bedding nice and comfortable. Our room was on the interior of the building, which was fantastic as we did not hear the noise from the street.

Beautiful hotel, stylish, comfortable, cosy and welcoming. The room was really nicely decorated and bed very comfy. Welcoming pack on arrival was so thoughtful. Just the whole vibe of the hotel was amazing, better than we imagined. Felt transported back to the 1920s and the hotel definitely had a quality feel. The breakfast was fantastic such high quality and perfect for a grab and go breakfast to get your day started. You can sit in if you wanted , wasn't busy when we went so always got a seat. Staff were so friendly and very welcoming . Would love to go back. Especially as the location is spot on! Walking distance to empire state building, shops, subway , restaurants. Felt very safe in the area and it was extremely clean

Great welcome, amazing decor sympathetic to the age of the building. Room.was very nice, comfy bed and clean. Loved the bathroom and the toiletries smelled so nice. The free wine hour was such a good touch. The wine itself was exceedingly good. Added breakfast was also very much appreciated. The location was also perfect. Flat iron around the corner and the Empire state close too. We walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend. Beautiful hotel in a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Evelyn Nomad. It is a beautiful art deco style hotel in a brilliant location. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly and super helpful, and very generous giving us water bottles whenever we needed. Breakfast was included which had a great range of healthy options. Near subway stations and easy to walk everywhere too. Thank you to the brilliant staff for making our stay that much more special. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel offers breakfast - which is not what we are used in Europe - but it is OK not to start the day with empty stomach. They have amazing coffee in cafetiria as well. Location is close to different metro stations, which makes it good to move to N or S side of the city. It is also located in a bit more quiet neibourhood.
